2025 - 2026 Committee Chairs
Membership - Sabrina Lechuga
The Membership committee recruits, welcomes and assists in retaining new members. The coordinate new member mixers along with the Red Rose Reception. This committee chair also oversees meeting accomodations and registration. This includes coordinating the catering for membership meeting.
Personal Development & Education - Susan McCants
The PD&E committee promotes continuing education courses through the NAWIC Education Foundation and provides a diverse portfolio of speakers for Membership Meetings.
Publicity/Social Media - Theora Carter
The Publicity committee helps promotes NAWIC's misson, membership meetings and other various chapter activites. This includes overseeing social media accounts and keeping the website current.
Red Rose Bowling - Enbal Cohen
The Red Rose Bowling committee coordinates our annual bowling tournament, which is our major fundraising activity for the year. This provide funds for the Lodine Robinson NAWIC Endowment fund which is overseen by the Grants committee.
Arizona Construction Career Days - Alicia Cadriel
This AZCCD committe organizes our vendor booth at the anual 2 day event. This event is the largest construction event that reaches out to High School students throughout the State of Arizona to give students a hands-on construction experience. Schools travel from all over Arizona,as far as 300 miles to attend this great event and find out more about a careers in construction.
WIC Week - Sarah Halverson & Michelle Dinan-Cardone
The Women in Construction (WIC) Week committee is responsible for organizing different events during the week to celebrate Women in Construction.
Community Outreach - Victoria Johnston
The Community Outreach committee sponsors industry related activities and functions beneficial to the construction industry and our community.
Bylaws - Kathy Kingsland
The Bylaws committee proposes amendments to the Chapter Standing Rules and Chapter Guidelines for the Board to consider. This includes submiting approved amendments to the NAWIC Bylaws Chair for review.
