We are excited to announce the next NAWIC Global Webinar, hosted on Nov 17, 2025 05:00 PM in 

Tuesday, 18 November 2025. This free online event brings together Global Associations of Women in Construction to share insights and drive collaboration across borders.

The focus of this webinar is Male Allyship and Cultural Ambassadorship—critical tools for transforming workplace culture and building inclusive, respectful, and fair environments in the construction sector.

About the Project

Allyship in Action: Transforming Culture to Attract and Retain Women is a three-year initiative led by NAWIC and funded by the Australian Government. It aims to:

  • Address poor workplace attitudes and behaviors
  • Empower men to sponsor and support women in leadership
  • Build a network of cultural ambassadors of all genders to embed long-term change

This project builds on the success of NAWIC’s Male Allies Program and applies proven approaches to culture change to create inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.

With more than 30 years in the industry, Nigel has trained hundreds of apprentices and business owners. As Co-Chair of NAWIC QLD’s Future Male Allies Committee, he is a passionate advocate for diversity, innovation, and equality in trades.


Greg Belle
Senior Project Manager, Allyship in Action

Greg is an experienced leader in social impact and inclusive workforce programs. He brings over 15 years of expertise delivering community-driven outcomes across the construction and property sectors, particularly through Tier 1 project initiatives.
